We'd love to accompany Carolina and Ryan from the moment their guests take their seats until they raise the first glass: a ceremony made to their measure and a live cocktail hour with a Latin soul.

Two moments, one story

She is Mexican, he is from the United States. The music of their wedding tells both stories: songs everyone knows, reimagined with a Latin accent that warms up as the afternoon unfolds.

The ceremony

Five ways to accompany the "I do," each with a repertoire tailored to the couple:

  • Alonso Sotelo on grand piano: elegant, with a jazz musician's touch.
  • String Ensemble: cinematic, with the full power of strings.
  • Mike Violín, violin and guitar duo: intimate and luminous.
  • Esmeralda Camacho: a solo performer with real stage presence.
  • Mare: contemporary and warm, with a Latin wink.

The cocktail hour

Rigo Vega y Los Bravos del Ritmo welcome guests with the music already playing. Guitar, trumpet, percussion and hang drum over a nu-latin beat: a rhythm that already feels like a party, without asking anyone to dance just yet.

Everything speaks the same language

We design a styling moodboard for the talent, aligned with the décor, the flowers and the wedding palette, so the music looks as good as it sounds.

La cotización incluye

Two independent setups, one at the ceremony and one at the cocktail area, so the transition between spaces is seamless. Sound check before guests arrive. A repertoire tailored to the couple, with a special song for their exit. A styling moodboard for the talent, aligned with the event's décor. Coordination with the planning team and transportation within Los Cabos.

Audio production is offered as an option for each space: ceremony audio with a microphone for the officiant, and Danzante packages for the cocktail hour with the band's full backline. If the hotel already has an audio provider, these items are removed.

All prices are in US dollars, plus 16% Mexican VAT (IVA). Times can be adjusted to the final event schedule.
